SHIPMENT TIMINGS

 In our effort to operate sustainability, all our items are made to order.  Walk wear takes between 3 to 7 working days and Travel Roll Mat Beds from 5 to 14 working days.  Bowls and trays are pre-made by our wonderful potter and can be posted within 2 days.

We will email and let you know when your order has been dispatched and you will be provided with a tracking number.

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Walk wear Standard Service: £4.75 Standard Class Tracking (2-4 days).

 Walk wear Express Service: £5.75 First Class Tracking (1 - 2 days).

Travel Roll Mats and Bowls & Trays: £9.95 First Class Tracking (2-4 days).

Please note that the above days refer to standard working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK. 

 

EU & REST OF WORLD SHIPPING

We ship all over the world.  Please email us on hello@hounddogcollective.com if there is something you would like to order and we will organise this for you. 

All prices shown include applicable taxes.

Import duties are calculated and collected at checkout.

No additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

All customs documentation is handled for you.

Shipping is via commercial carrier with full tracking.

 

CUSTOMS

In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control.  If your item hasn't arrived after 15 working days after receiving your order confirmation and tracking number, please contact us. 

Please note that we have no control over any import duties and taxes which may be levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination, nor can we predict their amount.  You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.  Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
